Within the first 5 minutes of putting the kites out we hooked a Sail and caught him. Moved back south and hooked a 26LB Blackfin Tuna on the kite bait and when he got to the boat he had a free swimming Sailfish with him. We ended up getting a bite on the right long as we were about to gaff the Tuna. As we were fighting the second fish another free jumper came up jumping with the hooked fish. Caught him and released him quick and easy then as we kept fighting the other fish we threw a Pilchard on a spinning rod out because we saw another. ~ EPISODE TEN ~
Went out after work with two local buddies I grew up with who are avid fisherman (its in our blood) and went right to a spot we had been seeing some Permit recently. It didn't take long. In the first 20 minutes we found a school of fish. Cody casted a Shrimp out and was hooked up, Parker was polling the boat as I filmed. I handed him a rod with a Pink Bucktail Jig and he casts in the school of fish and also hooked up!! DOUBLED UP!! Not very often do people target this specie of fish and catch them non the less hook a double and land them. The fish were released and swam away to fight another day as a BIG STORM rolled in from the North...
